Tasting notes:
Le Caillou Blanc has a clear, brilliant colour with golden highlights.
On the nose, aromas of exotic fruits such as pineapple and passion fruit blend with more floral notes, creating a fresh and indulgent bouquet.
On the palate, it has lovely structure and reveals a creamy texture.
The delicious aromas of white-fleshed fruits give way to a hint of salinity and a touch of bitterness, lending a lovely freshness.
A structured, fresh and easy-drinking white Côtes-du-Rhône.
Very well-balanced, the Caillou Blanc is ideal as an aperitif.
