Soil characteristics:
Sandy soils

Winemaking:
Hand-harvested with sorting in the vineyard followed by sorting in the cellar.
70% destemming (30% whole bunches), followed by fermentation in concrete and stainless steel vats using indigenous yeasts.

Ageing:
In concrete vats for 4 months.

Tasting notes:
This wine has a lovely ruby colour.
The nose is fresh and luscious, revealing notes of wild berries such as strawberry, redcurrant, blackcurrant and cherry.
On the palate, this explosion of fruit is further enhanced by floral and peppery notes.
A juicy and seductive wine with supple tannins.
Best enjoyed whilst young to fully appreciate its freshness!
